Our Customer Service team love helping people. Being part of our customer facing team isn't just about answering queries and passing information on to our customers, our customer services guys go way beyond the normal calls of duty.

A typical team member will look at a customers problem and not only advise the customer on how to resolve the problem quickly, but also how they can make sure the problem doesn't occur in the future.

Our team tend to form relationships with our customers and take on a problem or advisory capacity, not just the first time that they talk to them, but on a continuing basis so that the customer feels that they are being looked after as little or as much as they like.

Of course, some of our guys duties from time to time include presenting our paid for products to our customers and explaining how they may help the customer achieve their goals more efficiently. Other times, our team will just give good old fashined free advice and help to those that want it.
