- What are Keylinks and how do they help my profile?
- Keylinks are designed to help your profile be more easily found by the popular search engines like Google. By having keywords associated with your profile, the search engines spiders will follow these links and increasses the liklihood of them ranking your page higher for the Keylink terms you have chosen. Choose more Keylinks for increased effectiveness.
- How do I get more traffic to my profile?
- There are many ways to attract more traffic to your profile. A good place to start would be to complete all of the requirements in the Completeness panel. These items are designed to help improve the optimisation of your profile and will help drive more traffic to your profile. If you want more hints and tips on how to improve your profile performance, speak to one of our service advisers who can give your profile a look over and help identify any areas where it can be improved.
- How can I find out what paid for products I have purchased?
- You can see details of the premium products you have purchased in your My Account page when logged in.
- Where can I edit my profile title?
- You can edit your profile page title, along with your page URL, meta description and keta keywords in the settings page when you are logged in to your account.
- How do I add my profile to appear in more locations?
- To appear in more Coverage Areas, simply head to your My Account page and scroll about half way down and you can add as many as you like. The more coverage areas you are listed under, the more results your profile will be found for when users search OgBit.com for these locations.
- Why am I unable to choose the Keylink term I want?
- Keylinks are unique to each company. You can only choose a Keylink if it has not been taken by another company before you. If you think you might want to secure a number of Keylink terms then it makes sense to reserve these terms before your competitors may do so. You can of course release these terms whenever you might want to at a later date without any penalty if you decide later that you don't really need them.
- I can't find a Product Category that is suitable for my business?
- No problem, we'll add them for you. Just give our service advisors a quick call on 0845 680 0280 and we'll add any that you need there and then that you can use. Alternatively drop our team and email and we'll get back to you quickly once we have added the categories you need.
- How do I upload my logo?
- To add your logo, you just need to log in to your account and select the greenb tab in the left hand panel of your profile. You will see in this panel that you can choose your logo from your hard drive and upload that in from there. Alternatively, please give our service advisors a call and they'll help walk you through the process.
- How do I link back to OgBit.com?
- If you would like to link back to OgBit.com from your own site you can use the following code snippet to copy and paste into your web site:
