Time & Attendance Software

We provide two versions of Time & Attendance software, Focus Lite and Focus Pro.

Focus Lite provides Time and Attendance functionality including unlimited shift patterns, automatic shift allocation, editable timesheets, reports including Payroll, Infringements and Lateness, export to MS Excel and Sage payroll professional, Iris, Earnie and Pegasus payroll, MS SQL Server Express database.

Focus Pro provides all the features of Lite plus multi-user options, real-time clocking data collection, very detailed shift rules, Shift Rota, Holiday and Absence planning, reports including Bradford Factor, Working Time Regulation and graphically presented statistics.

An intranet browser based module is also available with Focus Pro, allowing employees to view their own timesheet, view their absence history and make holiday requests. The web-based module can also be used to clock in/out instead of using a clocking terminal. Other clocking in/out methods we can provide includes clocking by SMS text message or clocking by Email.

Complicated shift rules? We can help

Focus Pro includes the ability to apply scripted code to each shift rule. This allows even the most complicated rule to be catered for in order to provide an automatically calculated totalled time. Attendance bonuses can also be accommodated. If you have complicated shifts - then contact us, we like a challenge!

Installation and Support

We provide a full installation service that includes professional installation of clocking terminals and access control equipment as well as installation of the software and software database on a server and client PCs. Full training can be provided and we will normally work with you to assist with setting up the software and configuring your specific shift rules.

Support packages are available for the software and the hardware.
