Who are FP-IMS?

• FP-IMS are a family run business who have been in business since 1988.
• We supply mailroom equipment including franking machines to companies across the UK.
• We have built up the business on the back of a proud reputation for providing customer service.
• Most of our customers have been with us for many years and in a competitive market we feel this is testament to how we look after our customers.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the following services:

• A help line that diverts you to a call centre half way around the world.
• A telephone queue system that will keep you on hold for 15 minutes while constantly reminding you how important your call is to us

We are an honest company that fiercly guards its reputation for supplying frnaking machines on rental, lease or for outright purchase, we allow the customer to make the right decision.

Our after sales service is unrivalled, and our primary concern is to make sure that our customers have as little contact with us, this means their equipment is working well and efficiently. We monitor all postage throughput for all customers, on a monthly basis, so we know what additional discounts will be available to our customers.

Most of our staff have been with us for many years, therefore we know what we are doing, and are here for the long term.
