Our expertise and experience should help to eliminate the problems before any work begins. The estimates we provide are a fixed price and will not be increased should a job take slightly longer than expected. However, we do offer a flexible approach should you want to make any alterations during the course of your build.

The most popular work at present (in the North London area) which we undertake are bathrooms and loft conversions. More often than not our clients have already purchased their new bathroom suite / tiles / taps and get in touch with us to simply complete the re-fit. There are so many companies online who are offering excellent deals on these kinds of products that it is probably worth spending as much time on Google as what it takes you to visit your nearest B&Q / Wickes.

With regards to converting your loft, the Government have now relaxed a lot of the restrictions which were previously in place – making the whole process much easier from start to finish. For larger conversions you will still need to get the relevant planning permission from your local council, but we are more than happy to take care of this for you if it all seems a bit daunting.

Payments for larger jobs are usually made in 3 instalments at agreed stages of work, but we never accept the final payment until all work is completed and you are happy with the finished results. This is a policy we have used from the very beginning of our business and has always served well in providing excellent peace of mind for our clients. For smaller jobs, such as replacing a set of taps or fitting a new lock to your front door – we will give you a price for completing, which will be charged once the work is done and you are satisfied with the quality.
