About Us
At Vikiing Extrusions we are specialist manufacturers of silicone rubber products and we can produce our rubber extrusions to complex shapes and sizes in a large range of compounds including flame retardant silicone rubber, metal detectable silicone rubber and high temperature silicone rubber products.
We have been established for almost 20 years and we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise earned by years of prototyping and development.
Silicone is a synthetic elastomer which has a unique chemical structure that enables it function in extreme thermal, mechanical and chemical environments. Silicone Rubber Products
From Flame Retardant Silicone Rubber to High Temperature Silicone Rubber, Viking Extrusions have a wide variety of products across a large range of applications including medical and pharmaceutical to heavy engineering.
Silicone Rubber Tubing
We hold a large quantity of stock of Silicone Rubber Tubing for use with a wide variety of applications. We can produce tubing from 0.3mm to 100mm to higher than the required industry stnadard.
Silicone Rubber Strips and Cords
We produce Silicone rubber strips and cords to bespoke sizes in a variety of grades including Metal Detectable Silicone Rubber and low smoke/low toxic platinum silicone.
Silicone Sponge
Silicone sponge has become more popular over the years so we recognise the importance of giving you the best quality and grade to suit your needs.
Rubber Inflator Seals
These are an inflatable silicone seal which is inflated to accommodate a variable sealing gap. This product is useful for applications such as sliding doors and oven door seals.
Moulded Rubber Products
