The recent introduction of "Factory Master" a dedicated electronic manufacturing software package provides better production planning of available resources and also provides a comprehensive stock management and materials requirement planning system, allowing for better control of material, ensuring material is available when it is required, not too early and not late. Additionally the system provides full traceability of stock usage and PCB Assembly, including data capture of build times and operator log, ensuring that in the event of any product recall the rogue element can easily and cheaply be pin-pointed and dealt with.

Trojan's philosophy is to make right first time, every time, and this is reflected in the procedures that have been introduced and are continually developing. The Company provides all the necessary resources and training to ensure continual improvement and development of the Quality System which forms the backbone of the manufacturing process and helps maintain the overall contract electronic manufacturing service objective.

In the interest of transparency and value for money Trojan have introduced an open-book costing system and an open factory floor policy, Customers are encouraged to visit the plant and carry out quality checks and audits, should they wish to, this way the Customer really does feel included and involved in the electronic manufacturing process.
