Since the 1980s PACE Components has been supplying the industry with high quality components, such as micrometals, iron powder cores and ferrites for the manufacture of electrical transformers and inductors. In fact, we were so successful that our customers asked us to produce many of the end products associated with our components, such as electrical transformers and inductors. The result was that we made the necessary acquisitions to move into the electrical transformers and inductors sector.

Since then, we've gone from strength to strength, bringing in the right people to enable us to become leaders in the manufacture of electrical transformers and inductors.

All our electrical transformers and inductors are made from the highest quality ferrite or powder core components. We use Arnold powder cores for our products where we believe they can further improve quality of the end product. It's expertise like this that keeps our customers coming back again and again. Although we keep a wide selection of components in stock, our transformers and inductors are typically manufactured to order as per customer requirements. E Core

We have the E core range of electrical transformers and inductors completely covered, including all EC, EE, EF, EFD, EP and EPD cores. Once again, in-house gapping is offered on most formats.

Toroidal windings

We can machine wind, hand wind, or hook wind, depending upon which is most appropriate for the application in hand. All toroidals can be mounted to your specifications in single and multiple wire formats (common and differential mode available)

Bobbin cores

Also for electrical transformers and inductors, we can offer a range of bobbin cores in varying sizes from 6 x 8 mm to 56 x 35mm.

Laminated electrical transformers and inductors

Pace Components offer imperial and metric laminations for electrical transformers and inductors up to 500VA, custom-made to your specifications, however complex they may be. Our single and multi-spindle machines mean that we can cater for most finishes and order volumes. Put us to the test today!

Vacuum impregnation

Our vacuum and pressure impregnation facility is suitable for all high voltage and solenoid coils. Coils can be humidity protected through the process of dipping them in a varnish specially formulated for this purpose without any loss of performance.
