Founded in 1993 as a business which offered technical support to already established businesses, we have, over the ensuing years developed into a business which maintains its own portfolio of clients. As a family run business we have been increasing our client base year on year gaining valuable experience via our partnerships with numerous Housing Associations and Local Authorities. This annual growth is built upon the ethos of providing a First Class service to our Customers built around our Technical and Customer Care skills and our firm belief of "get it right first time, everytime". Our clients all state that one of the biggest advantages to using us is the fact that you can always get a more personal touch and speak to the founder and owner of the business Tony Sharp rather than a Customer Service operator who will "get someone to call you back". In addition we also have a comprehensively equipped workshop designed to support our engineers in the field as well as also maintaining an expansive selection of equipment and products in order to maintain various suppliers equipment including Tunstall and Paxton at a fraction of the cost of supply direct from the manufacturer.

Further to this we also provide a rapid response when called out with a response time of under two hours for all our clients. At present we have numerous contracts with Local Authorities such as Wigan, Leigh, Hyndburn and Harrogate Borough Councils alongside numerous Housing Associations
